Senior Associate & Lexington Office Lead at TSW

Samantha Castro, LEED ND, AICP, currently serves as a Senior Associate and Lexington Office Lead at TSW since April 2023. In addition, Samantha holds the position of Adjunct Professor in the Department of Landscape Architecture at the University of Kentucky, where instruction focuses on community planning and landscape master planning for rural Kentucky. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Planner for Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government from June 2019 to April 2023 and various roles in urban design and planning at KATERRA, Lord Aeck Sargent, Urban Collage, AECOM, and EDAW/AECOM, dating back to 2005. Samantha earned a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and French from Wellesley College.
