Mike Phelps

Mike Phelps is a seasoned Business Intelligence Developer with extensive experience in data analytics and service delivery management. Currently employed at Tsymmetry since August 2020, Mike has previously contributed as a Business Intelligence Developer at Radial Inc. from April 2015 to August 2020, where responsibilities included developing dashboards and reports using Logi Analytics and creating complex SQL queries. Prior to that, as a Service Delivery Manager at Xerox Business Services from May 2011 to October 2014, Mike managed IT service delivery across various departments and implemented a VDI solution. Earlier roles include serving as a Systems Development Specialist at Xerox Business Services, where Mike introduced Crystal Reports and automated reporting processes, as well as a National Technical Manager at AT&T, overseeing technical aspects of a national network. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Web Development from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies, earned between 2003 and 2010.
