Harsh Vardhan Sikka

Harsh Vardhan Sikka is an Associate Product Manager at TT Consultants, where responsibilities include building Large Language Models and GenAI-based in-house ATS and parsing solutions. Previously, Harsh served as a Product Management Fellow at NextLeap, mastering problem-solving methodologies and user-centric approaches. Harsh founded and presided over The Debating Society, fostering skills in parliamentary debating and public speaking at Chitkara University. As the Lead Organizer for the CEED-INNOVEST 2022 event, Harsh raised funds and connected entrepreneurs to investors. Harsh also completed the Wadhwani Activate Programme, focusing on startup creation, interned as a web content writer at Ubergrad, and held the position of Club Head for a photography and media club at Chitkara University. With a Bachelor's degree in Technology from Chitkara University, Harsh brings a blend of technical and leadership experience to the field of product management.
