Clare Nicholls

Clare Nicholls has extensive work experience in human resources. Clare is currently the Group Human Resources Director at TT Electronics plc, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Human Resources, Global Manufacturing Solutions at TT Electronics plc from September 2022 to September 2023. Before joining TT Electronics plc, they worked at Boeing as an Employee Relations Manager from July 2018 to April 2021. From November 2016 to July 2018, Clare was an HR Business Partner at Tata Steel in Europe, where they also held various other HR positions from 2010 to 2016. Clare began their career at Corus, where they served in various HR advisor roles from September 2001 to February 2004, and later held positions as a Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager Corporate Centre, and Business Implementation Manager.

Clare Nicholls attended Newland School in Hull from 1990 to 1995. Clare then went on to study at Wyke Sixth Form College in Hull from 1995 to 1997. Finally, Clare attended the University of Cambridge from 1998 to 2001, where they graduated with a degree in Natural Sciences (Physical).
