Debbie Wooldridge

Debbie Wooldridge has been working in the field of training and development since 1987. Debbie began their career as the Executive Director of Child Care Services Inc, where they created a not-for-profit corporation providing child care services to families and expanded the market from three locations serving 110 families to ten locations serving 520 families. Debbie then moved on to become the Training Manager at La Petite Academy in 1999. In 2000, they established their own business, Debbie Wooldridge, Sole Prop, as a Training and Development Consultant. In 2001, they began working as a Seminar Leader for SkillPath Seminars and Fred Pryor Seminars and CareerTrack. Debbie is currently the CEO and Founder of ttcInnovations, where they specialize in the development of custom training programs that are directly aligned with business outcomes.

Debbie Wooldridge earned a BGS in Administration from Emporia State University between 1989 and 1991. Prior to that, they attended MacMurry College from 1984 to 1986. In addition, Debbie obtained a National Women's Business Enterprise Certification from WBENC in June 2004 and a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) Certification from WBENC in July 2017.
