Kathleen Ryan began their career in 1978 as a Manager at Price Waterhouse. In 1986, they moved to Quantum as Director of Finance, where they were responsible for worldwide cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and planning. In 1993, they founded RoseRyan, a company that brings specialized talent and operational know-how to corporate finance functions. As Chair and Founder, they make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits, growing the company by 74% since 2010. In 2017, they founded Bizinta Inc., a SaaS solution to streamline operations and deliver powerful real-time reporting. In 2012, they joined the Finance and Accounting Consulting Alliance (FINACA) as a Founding Board Member, Board Member and Secretary. In 2016, they were recruited to serve as a Board Member and member of the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee and the Asset, Liability and Risk Management Committee at Scott Valley Bank. In 2020, they assumed the role of Audit Committee Member at the Flora Family Foundation.
Kathleen Ryan attended Santa Clara University from 1976 to 1978, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
