Ashley Wasserman

Ashley Wasserman is a seasoned professional in talent management and development, currently serving as a Senior Leadership Development Analyst at TTEC since May 2021. In this role, Ashley focuses on enhancing learning projects across Operations, Digital, and Corporate Services, while also managing global internship programs. Previous experience includes managing early career programs and talent acquisition initiatives at TTEC and holding various positions in career services at The University of Texas at Austin and the University of South Carolina-Beaufort. Ashley holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Education, and Leadership Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder, and is currently enhancing skills through The Microsoft Excel Bootcamp.
