Sarah-Louise Penhall is the Director of Operations at TeraCode. Sarah-Louise has over fifteen years of experience in operations and management, with a focus on the technology industry.

Sarah-Louise began their career as a Channel Manager for Neustar, Inc., where they were responsible for managing the company's European, Middle Eastern, and African operations. Sarah-Louise then moved to NetConnect AS, where they founded the UK team and helped take the company into a partnership with Microsoft. In 2013, Sarah-Louise became the Head of Operations for DomainDiction, where they led the Global Awareness Campaign for new top-level domain names.

Most recently, Sarah-Louise was with ALCHEMY AI, where they were responsible for market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and creating business plans and budgets. In their current role as Director of Operations at TeraCode, Sarah-Louise is responsible for leading and managing the company's day-to-day operations.

Sarah-Louise Penhall has a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Design from the University of Southampton.
