Carlos Rodriguez is an experienced operations professional with a background in quality management and project oversight. Currently serving as the Operations Quality/Training Manager at Faneuil Inc since May 2019, Carlos oversees the Metro ExpressLanes Electronic Tolling Program. In addition, Carlos holds the role of Program Manager and Director of Operations at TTEC, also focused on the Metro ExpressLanes initiative since June 2022.
