Dan Woelber has extensive experience in client success and solutions across several prominent companies in the customer service industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Success at TTEC, Dan has also held positions such as Vice President of Client Solutions at Teleperformance, and Director of Customer Success at [24]7.ai. Additionally, Dan has served as Director of Client Services at Alorica and was a Major Accounts Director and Global Account Manager at Sykes Enterprises. Dan holds two Bachelor's degrees, one in History from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and another in American History from Northwestern College, both obtained between 1989 and 1994.
