Jasmine Walia serves as the Senior Vice President and Portfolio Leader of Technology, Communications and Media at TTEC, beginning in August 2025, where the focus is on transforming Customer and Employee Experience. Prior to TTEC, Jasmine held multiple leadership roles at Alorica from July 2002 to July 2025, including SVP Global Market Leader for Travel, Entertainment, and Hospitality, as well as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Client Solutions, overseeing 15 international call centers with a workforce exceeding 8000 professionals. Jasmine also worked at Amazon from September 2018 to December 2021 as the Global Leader of Consumer Support Services, managing frontline customer support functions, and later as Sr. International Vendor Manager, excelling in Client Relationship Management. Jasmine earned two Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration and Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
