Kallyn Mai

Kallyn Mai is an accomplished Client Success Manager at TTEC, serving as the primary contact for enterprise clients and driving growth through operational success initiatives. Previously, Kallyn held roles as a Global Operations Analyst, where data analysis and relationship management with external vendors played key roles in optimizing business processes. As a Talent Accelerator Program Associate, Kallyn gained extensive cross-departmental experience and founded an Early Career Affinity Group. Early in the career at TTEC, Kallyn was a Leadership Development Intern focusing on employment branding. Kallyn's leadership experience includes serving as Student Body President and Senator at the University of Idaho, along with holding positions as Chapter President and Social Media Director for Alpha Phi International Fraternity. Kallyn's educational background includes dual degrees in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Idaho.
