Roxanne Power

Roxanne Power (CIPD) serves as the Director of People & Culture for the EMEA region at TTEC since May 2025, collaborating with C-suite leaders to address all people-related matters across various business lines. Prior to this role, Roxanne was the Global People Director at Frontiers, managing a diverse team across the US, Europe, and China to support business growth through people initiatives. Roxanne's extensive experience at Amazon spanned over a decade, where roles included Regional Senior HR Leader and Principal HR Project Manager, focusing on HR project management and expansion across EMEA. Early career experience included logistics and planning at Nampak. Roxanne holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Kingston University and a BSc in Business from Brunel University of London.
