Traci Vosburg-Zarazua

Traci Vosburg-Zarazua is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in IT strategy and project management across multiple organizations. At TTEC, Vosburg-Zarazua held roles as Executive Director for both IT Technology Strategy Agent Solutions and IT Technology Strategy Business Partner, responsible for enhancing technology strategies and operational excellence in support of customer experience initiatives. Prior experience includes a role at Oracle as Global IT Business Engagement & Strategy Relationship Manager, where Vosburg-Zarazua facilitated alignment between IT initiatives and enterprise goals, and a position at Pearson as Senior Manager for Software Development, overseeing the aimsweb product line. Additionally, Vosburg-Zarazua led the Agile Business IT team at TargetCW, acting as a liaison between project sponsors and IT delivery teams. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University and two BBA degrees in Management Information Systems from the University of the Incarnate Word.
