Ulises Vargas currently serves as the Senior Corporate Counsel for Mexico and Central America at TTEC since March 2019, overseeing legal affairs including corporate law, contract drafting in English and Spanish, labor law, administrative law, migration, data protection, litigation, and coordination with external law firms. Previously, Ulises held the position of Senior Attorney at Volaris from January 2007 to March 2019, providing comprehensive legal advice, managing labor relations, drafting and reviewing various contracts, and engaging with governmental authorities on matters such as inspections and administrative trials. Ulises holds a specialization in Business Law and a degree in Law from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, completed between 2002 and 2011.
