Stephanie Ayala

Stephanie Ayala serves as the Director of Benefits at TTI, Inc. since April 2022, overseeing the strategic development and administration of benefit programs across the Americas, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Previously, from April 2014 to April 2022, Stephanie held the position of Director of Benefits and Workers Compensation at The Michaels Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included leading benefits administration and executing large-scale benefits roll-outs. Prior experience includes roles at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc., Pier 1 Imports, Inc., and The Bombay Company, Inc., where management of corporate benefit and compensation programs for thousands of employees was a primary focus. Stephanie holds a degree from Tarleton State University.
