Abraham Raju

Abraham Raju has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Abraham worked as the Head of Business HR, HR Operations & C&B at TTK Prestige Ltd from April 2023 till the present. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Business HR Lead at the same company from January 2019 to March 2023. Before joining TTK Prestige Ltd, Abraham worked as a Senior Manager in the HR department at Wipro Limited from June 2016 to January 2019. Abraham also gained valuable experience at Tata Motors, where they held the positions of Zonal Manager - HR from May 2015 to May 2016, and Regional Manager - HR from December 2011 to April 2015. During their time at Tata Motors, they were responsible for managing the HR function for five states in South India and acted as a business partner for the Commercial Vehicles BU. Abraham's career began at Wipro Technologies in 2006, where they worked as a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition from May 2006 to July 2008 and as Assistant Manager in Talent Engagement & Development from August 2008 to November 2011. In these roles, they were responsible for various HR initiatives, including employee engagement, retention, and talent acquisition.

Abraham Raju completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from South Gujarat University in 2003. Abraham then pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, during the same time frame, they also obtained a Masters in Labour Law & Labour Welfare from Symbiosis Society Law College.
