Suganyaa Rajendran

Suganyaa Rajendran is a Customer Success Manager at Engati since October 2021, responsible for managing a team of Customer Success Engineers and handling high-profile customers to achieve their business goals. Prior to this role, Suganyaa served as a Senior Team Lead at TTK Services Private Limited from June 2015 to October 2021, managing both frontend and backend teams during the GMT shift, and earlier as a Team Lead where responsibilities included leading a team, analyzing client businesses, and enhancing service quality. Suganyaa began the career as a Management Trainee, acting as a primary contact for customer requests and overseeing task delegation. Suganyaa holds an MBA in Marketing/HR from KCT Business School and a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Velammal College of Engineering & Technology.
