Carlton Rubio

Carlton Rubio has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Carlton started their career at Ongard Systems in 1995 as a Control Systems Manager, where they designed and developed control systems for autoclave and washer lines. Carlton also managed a team of software/hardware engineers and the wiring and electro-mechanical department. In 1997, they joined TTM Technologies as the Chief Engineer of Communications, and later that same year, they moved to Telephonics Corporation where they held the position of Chief Engineer of Communications and Surveillance Systems. Carlton is currently still employed at Telephonics Corporation.

Carlton Rubio completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1993. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they earned their Master of Business Administration degree in Business from Dowling College.
