Randy Carlton

Randy Carlton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health and safety management, emergency medical services, and fire service. Currently serving as an Instructor at OHSU Health Hillsboro Medical Center and Health & Safety Manager at TTM Technologies since 2021, Randy also held positions as Safety & Training Supervisor at Chaucer and Volunteer Firefighter at SCAPPOOSE RURAL FIRE DISTRICT. Randy's experience includes roles related to transportation at Hillsboro School District and Oregon Operations Manager at Cascade Training Center. Previous volunteer experience includes serving as a Lieutenant with Vernonia Rural Fire Protection District and Emergency Medical Technician roles with Vernonia Volunteer Ambulance Association and Metro West Ambulance. Education was completed at Mira Loma High School from 1991 to 1995.
