Rich Hines

Rich Hines has extensive experience in the engineering field. Rich is currently working at TTM Technologies as the Vice President of Engineering for the Aerospace and Defense sector. In this role, they collaborate with the senior A&D leadership team to set business strategy and drive growth. Rich leads a multidisciplinary engineering team, develops technology roadmaps, and manages associated product strategies.

Prior to joining TTM Technologies, Rich held several positions at Telephonics Corporation. From 2014 to the present, they served as the Chief Technology Officer. Before that, they were the Corporate Vice President of Engineering from 2010 to 2014. Rich also held positions such as Vice President of Engineering, Communications Systems (2009-2010), Chief Engineer, Communications Systems (2005-2009), and Sr. Director of Engineering, Communications Systems (1996-2005).

Before joining Telephonics Corporation, Rich was the Vice President of Engineering at Dorne and Margolin from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they worked at Litton Corporation as the Director of Electrical Engineering (1990-1994) and Sr. Project Engineer (1986-1990). Rich started their career as an Electrical Engineer at AIL from 1983 to 1986.

Rich Hines holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stony Brook University.
