Melanie Gowen is an accomplished interior designer and real estate professional with extensive experience in strategic design and planning. Currently leading Melanie Gowen Design since 2013, Melanie specializes in creating personalized environments for a variety of projects, including residential and commercial spaces. As a Sales Associate at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, Melanie focuses on luxury real estate in Chevy Chase, while also serving as a Real Estate Salesperson at William Raveis Real Estate. Prior experience includes roles at Compass and Bluestone Financial Advisors, where Melanie honed operational and marketing strategies. With a foundation in business analysis and a degree in Design Strategy from Cornell University, Melanie has a rich background that includes various positions in architecture and the arts, notably performing as a soprano with the Washington National Cathedral.
