Patrick Deleonibus

Patrick DeLeonibus is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in residential sales. Currently serving as the Founder and Waterfront Residential Sales Advisor at The Waterfront Group - TTR Sotheby's International Realty since October 2017, Patrick has also been a Sales Associate at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, Alexandria Office, since February 2016. Prior to these roles, Patrick worked as a Sales Associate/Realtor® at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage from November 2013 to February 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate Development with a focus on Sustainable Development from New York University (2020-2021) and a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University (2008-2013).
