Ilpo Heikkilä

Ilpo Heikkilä has a diverse work experience history. Ilpo started their career as the Managing Director of Bromma (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and Vice President of Bromma's global operations. Ilpo then worked as the Vice President at Cargotec Finland before becoming the Director of Global Production at Cargotec Marine, Offshore Load Handling. Following this, they joined MacGregor Pte Ltd. and served as the Vice President of Offshore Deck Machinery, where they managed the Offshore Deck Machinery business. Later, they joined MacGregor as the Vice President of Cargo Material Handling, overseeing the management of marine cranes and self-unloading systems for merchant ships and offshore wire-luffing cranes for various applications. Most recently, Ilpo holds the position of Vice President, Lifting and Machinery Systems at MacGregor.

Ilpo Heikkilä received their Master of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on production technology, industrial engineering, and management from Tampere University of Technology. Ilpo completed their studies at the university from 1983 to 1988.
