Seppo Heino

Seppo Heino is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the global service and business integration sectors, currently serving as the SVP of the Global Service Division at MacGregor since September 2022. Previously, Seppo held multiple senior leadership roles at Kalmar from July 2013 to September 2022, including SVP of Business Integration, Sales and Markets, and VP of various product lines. Earlier in the career, Seppo served in key positions at Cargotec Corporation, Hiab Oy, and Multilift Oy, demonstrating a strong background in marketing, sales, and operations. Seppo holds a B.Sc. in Naval Architecture from Turku University of Applied Sciences and is a certified business coach from the Business Coach Institute.
