Francielle Tanaka

Francielle Tanaka is an experienced Human Resources Analyst, currently working at TTWGroup since November 2021. Prior to this role, Francielle served as an HR Analyst at Health Center Lab Análises Clínicas from July 2020 to November 2021 and as a PL HR Analyst at Primetour Viagens & Experiências from July 2018 to June 2020. In these positions, Francielle focused on recruitment and selection processes, including candidate screening, interviews, and feedback, as well as contributing to the development and inclusion of Young Apprentices. Francielle began a career in HR at Prime Contact Center from July 2011 to June 2018, where responsibilities included recruitment, training development, and performance tracking.
