Simone Veiga

Simone Veiga has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources. Simone started their career at Sotreq S/A, where they worked as an HR Analyst, responsible for training, recruitment, selection, and the development of employees. Simone also worked on projects related to benefits and compensation. Simone then moved on to Tecnologia Bancária S.A. - TECBAN, where they held the position of Senior HR Analyst. In this role, they managed recruitment and selection processes for all positions and was in charge of the trainee program. Simone also conducted psychological assessments and analyzed HR indicators.
