Barbara Prommegger

Barbara Prommegger has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Barbara currently works at the Technical University of Munich as the Head of a Research Group, a role they began in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Assistant (PhD Student) at the same university from July 2018 to December 2022.

Barbara also has experience as an External Lecturer at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, a role they started in October 2022.

In addition, they worked at BMW Group as part of the Agile Software Team Development from October 2017 to May 2018, and as an Intern in the Integrated Information Systems department from March 2017 to July 2017.

Barbara gained further experience through an internship at Bosch Sicherheitssysteme GmbH in the IT-Processes, Consulting & Organisation field from February 2015 to July 2015.

Barbara started their professional journey at Fachhochschule Salzburg - University of Applied Sciences, where they worked as a Working Student from July 2013 to June 2014. Barbara also served as an Agile software development team member from September 2009 to September 2012.

Barbara Prommegger completed their Bachelor's degree in Management, Communication & IT from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® in 2015. Barbara then pursued a Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik at the Technical University of Munich from 2015 to 2018. Currently, they are studying at the Technical University of Munich, where they are expected to complete their Dr. rer. nat. degree in Information Systems between 2018 and 2023.
