Sonia Oliveira

Sonia Oliveira serves as the Director of Resources and Strategy at TUM School of Management after holding the position of Managing Director at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. At Nova School of Business and Economics, Sonia has excelled as the Chief Faculty & Research Officer, Adjunct Assistant Professor, Digital Transformation Champion, and Adviser to the Dean. Additionally, Sonia served as Associate Director at the Leadership & Society Center. Previous roles include Researcher-in-Residence and Chair of Organization and Management at the University of Zurich, and various management positions at Deloitte in management consulting and corporate finance. Sonia holds a PhD in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics and has completed several short programs in Educational and Instructional Design.
