Location: Los Angeles

Hybrid (in office part-time)

Responsibilities:

With guidance from your Strategy Lead, you will create performance ads that convert to client revenue growth by:

  • Utilizing data, research, and creative insights to formulate effective creative strategy
    • Analyzing data in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
    • Performing consumer, product, and competitor research using basic tools/resources
  • Collaborating with Post-Production, Production, and your Strategy Lead to produce videos
    • Writing scripts and copy for video and static image ads
    • Ensuring visuals match creative strategy outlined for the ad
    • Giving feedback that aligns to the creative strategy of the ad
    • Executing on feedback given by your Strategy Lead
  • Analyzing the results of creative tests and utilizing this analysis to iterate
  • Contributing to weekly strategic account planning
    • Identifying top-performing concepts within accounts using data and creative analysis
    • Identifying effective concepts/trends in the social media ecosystem

Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Paid social or Direct Response experience (work/writing samples are a big plus)
  • Able to learn from training/examples and quickly execute new skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong understanding of social media (frequent user of at least one of these platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Experience with FB Ads Manager, and/or experience with other ad platforms including TikTok, Youtube, Snapchat
  • Able to work comfortably across Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment and adapt to evolving industry trends and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent
  • Strong Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel Skills

Compensation: TubeScience provides the wage ranges it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected range of starting pay for this role is $75,000 – $90,000 annually.  Actual compensation may vary within the listed range based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, and specific geographic location.
