Aileen Joa

Aileen J. has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, starting their career at LaForce + Stevens as an HR/Accounting Freelancer. Aileen then worked at Hill Holliday as an HR Associate before moving on to Fidelus Technologies as an HR Generalist. In this role, they provided HR support for the entire company and helped navigate through an organizational restructure. Aileen then joined The Halo Group as a Senior HR Generalist, where they served as the HR department for the agency and managed various HR functions. Aileen later became the HR Director at Videri, Inc. and played a key role in driving HR initiatives. Aileen then joined BuzzFeed as a Director of People, where they co-led the HRBP department, supported multiple teams, and served as a strategic HR partner to general managers of international offices. Most recently, Aileen worked at Ogilvy as the North America People Lead, where they managed a team and implemented various HR processes and strategies. Currently, Aileen is the VP of People at TubeScience.

Aileen J. attended Duke University where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Comparative Studies and Spanish as a double major. Before attending Duke, they completed their previous education at the Ethical Culture Fieldston School.
