Sim Kaur has over five years of experience in various program management roles. Sim currently serves as the Manager of Technical Program Management at Tubi, where they established the Technical Program Management Office and built a high-performing team. Sim also developed the TPMO strategy to enable continuous planning, iterative execution, and alignment with business objectives. Prior to this, they were a Technical Program Manager at Tubi, responsible for improving project management processes and workflows across cross-functional teams.

Before joining Tubi, Sim worked as a Technical Program Manager at Validity Inc., where they contributed to the company's data integrity and compliance offerings. Sim played a vital role in the acquisition of AppBuddy by Validity. Sim Kaur has a diverse educational background in project management and marketing. In 2014, they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Lancaster University between 2010 and 2012.
