Ryan McCarthy

Ryan McCarthy has a diverse work experience in the field of product design, with a focus on web, television, and mobile platforms. Most recently, they worked at Tubi as a Senior Product Designer, where they were responsible for improving user retention and working with the machine learning team to enhance recommendations and user experiences across different devices. Prior to that, Ryan was a Manager and Lead Product Designer at VIZIO, where they led the product design group and played a key role in defining the user experience and interface. Ryan also helped shape the product strategy and vision and maintained visual and brand consistency across all products. Before joining VIZIO, Ryan worked at Starz as a Principle Product Designer for Web and TV Platforms, leading the design team and creating design systems for web and TV platforms. Ryan also worked at Spectrum as the Manager of User Interface for the Spectrum Guide, overseeing a team of UX and UI designers and managing the user experience and interface.
