Pat Gostek has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2010 when they worked as an Außendient (T-Mobile/Telering) for Stargate Group GmbH. In 2012, they moved to Silent Gliss GmbH as a Finanzbuchhaltung. The following year, they worked as a Buchhaltung for PHH Prochaska Havranek GmbH, and in 2014 they worked as a Finanzmanagement for EvoBus (Daimler). In 2015, they became a Show-Host for Gründerfieber - Business Podcast. In 2016, they became a Vlogger for VlogOjciec, and in 2017 they founded PatGostek.com. In 2018, they became a Growth Hacker for Hackabu Growth Consulting, and in 2019 they became the Chief Executive Officer, Founder, YouTube Growth Strategist, Video Marketing Consultant, and Workshop & Speaking for Wzlot.pl. Finally, in 2022 they became the Head of Customer Success and Senior YouTube SEO Consultant / Account Management & Sales Poland for tubics.

Pat Gostek has an extensive educational background. From 2014 to 2019, Gostek completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Unternehmensführung from FHWien der WKW.
