Hayrettin Ozer, PhD, is a distinguished researcher with extensive experience in food safety and quality. Currently serving as the Senior Chief Researcher and Research Group Leader at TÜBİTAK MAM Life Sciences Food Safety and Quality Research Group since April 2022, Hayrettin Ozer has been a Chief Senior Researcher at the TUBITAK Marmara Research Center, Food Institute, from 2000 to the present. Educational background includes a PhD in Mycotoxin (2003-2009) and an MSc in Mycotoxin (2000-2003) from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, as well as a BSc in Chemistry from Marmara University (1994-1999).
