Jan de Ceuleneer

Jan De Ceuleneer is an experienced project manager in rail transport, currently serving as Project Manager at both Certus Rail Solutions and Strukton Rail Belgium since 2022 and 2020 respectively. Jan has a long-standing affiliation with TUC RAIL, holding the position of Regional District Coordinator since 2013, where responsibilities include managing train drivers and site safety personnel, alongside real-time locomotive planning. Prior roles include Operations Coordinator at TUC RAIL, where coordination of international teams and locomotive maintenance were key. Jan also has experience as a train driver with B Logistics and NMBS-SNCB, as well as previous roles as an adjunct coordinator and train driver at TUC RAIL.
