Roman Schapfl

Roman Schapfl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Roman currently serves as the Head of Product Development at Tucan.ai since June 2022. Prior to that, they were involved in development work at Tucan.ai from June 2021 to May 2022.

From July 2017 to December 2020, Roman was a Co-Founder at nawala.link GmbH.

At FLYERALARM, they worked as a Technical Consultant eCommerce, starting in December 2016 and ending in October 2020. Roman began as a Developer and later transitioned to sales support and eventually became a Product Owner.

Roman also founded their own company, rawtags e.U., from April 2016 to October 2017.

Earlier in their career, from June 2013 to May 2015, they served as the Head of Competence Center eCollaboration at POOL4TOOL, alongside roles such as Lead Developer, Roadmap Developer, and Developer. Roman joined POOL4TOOL as a Developer in December 2010 and stayed until January 2012.

Roman Schapfl attended Technische Universität Wien for a degree in Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik, but did not complete the program.
