Vladimir Sharnin has a strong background in engineering, with experience in various leadership roles. Vladimir began their career as a Research Scientist at the Central Scientific & Research Institute in 2006. In 2009, they moved to Progresstech LTD where they worked as a Stress Engineer until 2011. Vladimir then joined Spirit-Progresstech LLC as an Engineering Manager in 2012. In 2013, they transitioned to Tucana Engineering, starting as an Engineering Director and later becoming the CEO/President in 2016.
Vladimir Sharnin completed their Master of Engineering degree in Aircraft and Engine from the Air Force Engineering Academy n.a. Zhukovsky N.E., where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Vladimir then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Organization Strategic Management from MBS, attending from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are enrolled at the Higher School of Economics, where they are expected to graduate in 2023 with a Master's degree in Data Science.
