Nipa Bhuptani MEd(Sp), BCaBA is a prominent leader in the field of autism and applied behavior analysis. Currently serving as the Chief Values Officer and Managing Director at the Applied & Behavioral Training Institute since April 2015, Nipa focuses on providing evidence-based training and coaching for caregivers of children with developmental delays. As the Founder and Director of the Autism Support Network since April 2013, Nipa aims to offer social, emotional, and educational support to families and professionals affected by autism within the UAE's diverse expatriate community. Additionally, Nipa operates a private practice as an Autism and ABA Consultant, collaborating with leading special needs facilities and providing tailored learning solutions. Nipa has held various roles in esteemed organizations, including being the Head of the Autism Department at the Future Centre for Special Needs in Abu Dhabi. Nipa holds a Master's degree in Special & Inclusive Education from The British University in Dubai and postgraduate certificates in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas.
