Ashley S. Wagner

Established corporate and real estate attorney dedicated to providing her clients with straightforward, business-oriented advice and representation.

Ashley is an attorney in the firm’s Business and Finance Group and is a member of the firm’s Business Succession Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use and Municipal & School practice groups. Her practice focuses on the representation of corporate clients in a wide variety of legal matters.

Prior to joining Tucker, Ashley was employed as an associate attorney at an established general practice firm. In her career, she has gained valuable experience in commercial and consumer collections, corporate law, commercial real estate transactions, and municipal law.

In her current transactional practice, Ashley drafts and negotiates contracts, shareholder agreements, and partnership agreements, represents clients in M&A transactions, and advises on general legal matters. Her clients call on her to represent them in corporate formations, site acquisitions, zoning applications, employment contract reviews, and asset purchase agreements. In addition, Ashley serves as Solicitor to the Baldwin Borough.
