Jim Hailey, MBA, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, estimating, and continuous improvement across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator/Purchaser at Tucker Castleberry since August 2022, Jim previously held leadership roles at Trinity Press and Scott Lithographing Company Inc, where responsibilities included production scheduling, lean manufacturing implementation, and customer service. With a comprehensive background at Quad/Graphics, Jim excelled as a Continuous Improvement/Safety Leader, focusing on strategy deployment and training across multiple areas such as Lean practices, OSHA compliance, and value stream mapping. Jim holds an MBA in Leadership and Professional Development from Kennesaw State University and a BS in Graphic Communications from Clemson University.
