Ashley Moya

Ashley Moya is an Associate Attorney at Tucker Ellis LLP, having joined the firm in June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Associate and Associate Attorney at Brown & James, P.C. from May 2019 to May 2023, as well as a brief tenure as an Associate Attorney at Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice in late 2020. Earlier career roles included a Law Clerk position at Molina Law Immigration, LLC, where Ashley prepared immigration forms and communicated with clients in English and Spanish, and a Law Clerk role at Gilbert, Huffman, Prosser, Hewson & Barke, LTD., assisting with legal research and client meetings. An intern for the American Bar Association Judicial Clerkship Program, Ashley provided judicial support and wrote bench briefs, and additional internships at Miami-Dade Courthouse and Volusia County Clerk of Court afforded experience in observing legal proceedings and conducting legal research. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Southern Illinois University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies with a Minor in French from Stetson University.
