Heather Olson

Heather Olson is a legal professional with extensive experience in complex civil and commercial litigation. Currently serving as Counsel at Tucker Law Group, LLC since 2022, Heather specializes in employment, product liability, and personal injury matters. Prior to this, Heather was a Member at Eckert Seamans from 2010 to 2021, where the focus was on complex commercial and product liability litigation, managing various commercial issues including breach of contract and debt collection. Earlier experience includes roles as Associate at DLA Piper and Reed Smith LLP, concentrating on product liability litigation, particularly in pharmaceuticals, and engaging in pro bono work related to children's education. Heather holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law and dual Bachelor degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.
