Meredith Ritter has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Meredith began their career in 2004 as a Teller at Fresno Fire Department Credit Union. Meredith then moved up to Operations Officer and Operations Manager, where they were responsible for Bank Secrecy Act Officer duties, Compliance Officer duties, and Membership Officer duties. In 2017, they joined Tucoemas Federal Credit Union as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance. In this role, they were responsible for the accounting, finance, and resolution departments, Asset Liability Management, investments, and liquidity management. Meredith also oversaw the preparation of all financial reports, including quarterly call reports, and prepared the annual budget.

Meredith Ritter's education history includes a Management Certificate from the Western CUNA Management School (2006-2008), a BA in Art History from Sonoma State University (1998-2002), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University, Fresno (2015-2017), and a CUES CEO Institute 1 in Strategic Planning from The Wharton School (2021).
