Julie de Carlo

Julie De Carlo is an accomplished Compliance Officer and Senior Advisor at Tucows Domains, with extensive experience in customer support, compliance, and team leadership. Since August 2017, responsibilities have included engaging with agents on domain and email services, creating and managing problem tickets in Zendesk, and collaborating with engineering and compliance teams on product changes and legal requests.
