Emily Shewfelt is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer service and support. Currently serving as an Internet Onboarding Advisor for Ting Internet at Tucows since August 2020, Emily has held various roles in customer care, including Care Platform Support and Customer Support Advisor for Ting Mobile.
