Hira Mubasher

Hira Mubasher has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Most recently, they served as the Head of Talent at Tucows. Prior to that, they worked at Colliers, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Talent Acquisition for North America and Head of Talent Scouting. Hira also has experience working at KPMG, Waterstone Human Capital, Shoppers Drug Mart, Sears Canada, and Robert Half Finance & Accounting. Throughout their career, Hira has demonstrated expertise in developing recruitment strategies, managing executive talent, and leading talent acquisition teams.

Hira Mubasher holds a B.Comm degree from Karachi University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including a Certificate in Advanced Talent Strategy from Wharton Executive Education in 2021. Hira also holds certifications in various areas such as Inclusive Mindset, Leading at a Distance, People Analytics, Persuading Others, Strategic Planning Foundations, Prevention of Workplace Violence, Bullying and Harassment, Storytelling, and PI Certified from institutions such as LinkedIn, Colliers International, and The Humphrey Group Inc.
