Paul Bennett

Paul Bennett currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Franklin Templeton since September 2023. Previously, Paul held the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Global Banking & Markets at HSBC from April 2018 to September 2023. Prior to that role, Paul was with BNY Mellon from August 2010 to January 2018, where responsibilities included Global Head of Recruitment & Human Resources Advisory Group for Investment Services and Senior Manager of Global Resourcing for Host Technology. Experience also includes a tenure at Barclays Wealth from January 2006 to August 2010, where Paul served as Managing Director and Head of Talent Acquisition for the International division and held roles as Head of Resourcing for both Front Office EMEA and Infrastructure.
