Lydia Aranda

Lydia Aranda, M.A., possesses over 30 years of experience in leading sustainability initiatives for institutional, corporate, and small business sectors. Currently serving as a member of the Tucson Airport Authority and Board Chair for the Minority and Small Business Alliance of Southern Arizona, Lydia focuses on entrepreneurship, education, and economic development. Previous roles include President of Southern Arizona and Border Communities for Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc., and National Director at the National Hispanic Corporate Council, where impactful initiatives were launched. Lydia's extensive background also includes leadership positions at Wells Fargo, the State of Arizona, and various organizations dedicated to small business growth and community engagement. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Intercultural Communication from Arizona State University and a Master's degree in Social Impact from Claremont Lincoln University.
