Adam Melton

Adam Melton is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in surety, construction, and bankruptcy law. Currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel for Litigation and Risk Management at Tucson Electric Power since January 2016, Adam previously held roles as a Senior Attorney and as an Attorney and Partner at multiple firms, including Langley LLP and Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP. Adam's legal career began at Mann, Berens & Wisner, LLP. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from the same institution.
